hmm 32 views so far and no posts. Well nothing like jumping right in. Saw this on another post and had to give it a try, this photo seemed perfect.. my result
Basic steps:
Cropped, played with levels, cloned out 'sensor bugs', duplicated layer, glowing edges, changed oppacity. Created new layer, moved to bottom, filled with light blue. Changed second layer mode to screen (to lighten the entire effect) Merged all layers. Applied Rubiks cube . Changed background to my own creation. Added frame and resized. A fun effect.
