Thank you . oh yea, I forgot to include the steps...ok, so heres what I did.
Adjusted levels
Filter - Lens Blur (background only)
Adjust Brightness/contrast
Adjusted curves (red-ish)
layered with text font
Burned some areas
and ta-da! hehe =)
