This exif is weird; I was in auto mode but it shows a 400 iso? and no focal length at all... and that is 1/6000th of a sec. or is it?

Model : Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XT
DateTime : 2008:07:18 06:50:43
Sub Information
ExposureTime : 1/60Sec
FNumber : F0.0
ExposureProgram : Program Normal
ISOSpeedRatings : 400
ExposureBiasValue : EV0.0
MeteringMode : Division
Flash : Fired(Auto)
FocalLength : 0.00(mm)
The ex time is 1/60 sec , slow as you said your exif is weird; I use multi metering mode for splashes Like this http://SnapsDrops.smugmug.com/photos..._MXa2d-M-5.jpg
