Hi, I'm new here and I don't own a Sony H50, but I'm sure planing to one day. There aren't any serious reviews of that model on the internet yet, but as far as I found out, it should be pretty much the same as H9 (which is great
) except for some minor improvments. You can find a great review of 9H on
www.dpreview.com to get a better feeling of it. I think the biggest improvment from H9 is the 15x zoom lens. I curently own a Kodak streetzoom and I'm planing to buy H50 for the same reasons like you. I think it's a great camera.
