Post-process
Having tried the SP570, I don't think there is any problem with its colours. You have to be careful with the exposure(try a -0.3 exposure adjustment), but you can also shoot in RAW mode, and when you transfer it to jpeg or whatever format you want, use the manual colour temperature adjustment until you get close to the colours you like. If you transfer it ot the GIMP or some other photo editor like PS or PhotoBrush from MediaChance.com, you can use the Auto Levels and then a Color Boost or color Balance function.
