Default Pink Petals

So i had some cloud cover the other day and thought that i would try some flowering in the shade. I have to say I'm quite pleased with the results:

Sharp pink
Go Large

EXIF: f/8 1/200 ISO200 at 132mm

I think my post-processing is decent, but i have a few questions
  1. Is the vignette to much? are the fringes as a whole to dark?
  2. Is the photo itself to dark, should flowers be brighter as a general rule

Let me know what you think, thanks.
