Here is my go at it:



I did a couple layers one with glowing edge and color dodge 30% opacity to try to bring the halo around the center cows head into more prominence. I also obviously removed color from the rest of the image and edited the hue/saturation of the center cow. I will keep more detailed account next time, but I'm at work doing this Added some noise in there somewhere too.
