Default Is there any way to fix a double-chin in Photoshop?

My friend had these portraits done (not by me), and she gave them to me and wants me to photoshop them.

I'm going to smooth out her face a bit, but she also wants me to remove the double-chin if possible. Is there any way to do that? :S
