I wanted to give it an old, "found at the bottom of a box" feel, so I:
- Adjusted the curves to get an interesting contrast;
- As I increased the contrast the mountains got completely blown, so I selected them I adjusted the exposure on that patch to get them back to the photo;
- Cropped the picture to remove some of the stuff from the bottom and right that I found distracting;
- Converted to B&W;
- Adjusted the hue to make it more brown, like some old photos;
- Added some graininess and then blurred a bit;
- Added a white border to suggest a printed photo
