No idea when it will be finished, I have only just started. You will be able to get a copy from several sources:
1. A web site that will have cross links between the sections,
2. A PDF, I might be able to cross link it, have not tried yet,
3. A Print On Demand service like Lulu.
In keeping with being based on FOSS, the first 2 will be freely available to anyone that wants it. If you can get Lulu (I may use someone else) to send you a free physical copy then let me know.
I will be releasing sections as I go and I have written the majority of the first section. I will let you know when it is a bit more polished and available as a PDF.
