Are the parks still for fun and play? Swinging, sliding, climbing and building sand castles at the local park has seemed to become a past-time.
As I walk through the Phoenix park, what used to be filled with kids and family. It is clear there is a change. Now it has become a home and community to the local homeless people.
The homeless population is growing and it is evident, all you have to do is take a walk and you will see for yourself.
