I like the composition, the eyes are at well placed and draw interest. They reflect the environment nicely which give them life.
The "model" seems quite cool with being shot, and thus has a natural expression.
I don't know which lens you used, but I think if you could have gone f/4.5 the colored thingie on the right would have been less distracting. Or maybe if you could have found another angle... Still, with a little bit of cropping, that could do it, or a even desaturation of the zone in post.
The colors are a bit weird, though. I don't know, maybe it's just the gap between the bright blue/cyan of the background and the pink of her cheeks (it was cold, i guess
).
Maybe a little bit of desaturation could do it. I don't know. Worth a try?
