I shoot --> upload to aperture --> rate and delete (only really awful shots) --> Make edits mostly in aperture especially now with aperture 2.0's new editing tools (but do some work in photoshop) --> upload to flickr / print service / etc...
I'm a really huge aperture fan, and I think people should give the 2.0 version a try.
