Welcome to the forum! I hate to say this on your first post, but please
read the rules for posting threads in the critique sections.
In resume you can only post one photo per thread and It can't be more than 600px in the longest side.
Also is need that you post the EXIF data, so other members have more tools to critique your photo. And also we need that you say us what particular issues bothers about your photo or specific areas like composition, lightening, etc...
I know a moderator will ask you to edit your photo, so I just let you know so you can do it before that.
Hope you edit your post soon, so I can give you a more specific critique so can do it other forum members.
