You have some lovely elements in your shot, beautiful colors, reflections in the water and a sillouette against the sky. Perhaps you should just emphasize one aspect as your focus and let the others be secondary. Lowering the horizon line so that it is not directly in the center and removing the reflection might work. Of course, this is just my opinion, others might have a different idea.
