Converted the photo to b&w.
In Photoshop Elements.4.0
1. Made a Copy
2. Clicked on Black & White dot and selected Levels
3. Moved levels layer between the original and the copy
4. Clicked on the copy to make it active. then under Layers, Selected "Group with Previous"
4. Clicked on the copy to make it active and added a Gaussian Blur filter.
5. Clicked on the levels layer and selected the paint brush, made sure that the black was selected in the pallet and started to sharpen the images.
6. Enhanced the Brightness/Saturation
7. Enhanced the Shadows/Highlightss
