Default My take
Since I don't know what this photo is of, I called it Gargoyles. I hope that doesn't end up being offensive to anyone.

Oh yeah, I cropped, played with curves, played with hue/saturation (actually, just saturation), played with selective color, gave it a vignet mask (is that what it's called?), sharpened just a bit. I think that's all.
