My submission for "Water in Motion" taken on July 26th while exploring downtown Chattanooga and practicing my night photography. I also got some awesome light trails and motion blur from riding a carousel earlier in the day too
I took this picture with my Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35 at f2.8 and 10s shutter speed at ISO 100.
