Love this round-up, I haven’t had a chance to check out all the photos yet but I will. This year I am determined to push my photography to the next level, I already take food shots for my blog, but now is the time to crank things up a gear in food and beyond…next year I will be a participator and not just a reader!! Now I’ve put that out there I’ve just made myself accountable…no stopping now :-)

Some gorgeous work. I particularly like the abandoned building/civilization photos, though I’m not a huge fan of the ethereal HDR work, I still enjoy looking at it. The black and white portraits are right up my alley :)

Images like these really do motivate you to improve your skills. If I didn’t have a loving wife and 3 kids under 5, I’d spend much more time out practicing. However, until the kids get old enough to help with chores, I’ll have to take the few opportunities I currently get.

Great photo collections! And inspirational! All the photographers should be commended, and the people who put these collections together, as well. It’s exactly what I needed on this cold Friday morning, with nothing to do but look at great photos. Thanks again.
