Shooting Portraits and Action Sports with Speedlites – Workshop

We get a lot of questions about lighting with speedlite flashes so when we saw this B&H Photo and Video lecture titled ‘Speedlite Crash Course: Mastering Portraits and Action Sports With Small Strobes’ we knew it’d be popular with our readers.

It is presented by Tyler Stableford and lasts for just over 1 hour and 40 minutes so has a HEAP of useful information on the topic starting with the most simple set up (1 camera and 1 flash) through to using 2, 3 and 4 speedlite setups.

Tyler uses Canon 600EX-RT Speedltes and a Canon EOS-1D X but there’s information in this video that will be relevant to photographers using all brands of gear.
