I just thought, I would mention, I opted to fork over the $499.95 for the full Nik Software Collection given my problems with Topaz download and lack of customer service. I was interested in both Topaz and/or Nik given my desire for the added adjustment, sharpening, filter, hdr, monochrome, color, etc. options. Too bad Topaz slammed the door so quickly due to their total poor customer service to solve the download problem with their product.

The Nik downloads were seamless! WOW....does the product have post processing options "to die for." Nik's customer service was excellent with the ability to talk to someone live when I had one problem with reading one of the product keys! All the Nik Software Collection products are interactive with my Aperture 3, Lightroom 3, Photoshop CS5, as well as PSE9. Maybe pricier but certainly is a WOW in my book at all levels and will allow me to get the next level I seek in Digital Processing. Happy Holidays!

Excellent deal - I bought the bundle last year and use a lot of the software every week but just picked up the two new ones and they look great at a first glance.

No download issues here - the full bundle came in fast and opened without an issue in the world. I'm amazed at what some of this software can do - great stuff - I've just load 3 hours experimenting and playing with some amazing results!

    Thanks for the recommendation.

Sorry you've had this issue John - I've not heard this from anyone else - we've had several hundred people take up the offer today alone and many hundreds of Topaz fans in our community.

I am at the least glad that they came through with a refund.

I will pass on the feedback to my point of contact at Topaz.

Well Topaz couldn't solve why their delivery of bundled product could not download. I suggested that if they can't solve the problem give me my money back. Within minutes they gave me my money back for the total bundle. They didn't even make a "yoeman's effort" to solve the problem. I believe their customer service is poor and their solution is give the money back. Based on that I am going to get similar software from Nik and will tell the world Topaz fails to deliver!

These guys finally sent cryptic instructions. I followed them and still it will not download. I pretty disgusted with this. I have download many softwares and this is the first time I have had a problem with a post processing software. I am annoyed.

Hi John - sorry you've had this problem. Have you tried emailing them? Most software companies these days do the bulk of their customer support via email - I've found Topaz to be very responsive on that front. In terms of validating their software can be downloaded - I've downloaded all their software myself without that kind of problem and have not had others report this problem so far so it could have been a more localized issue. However I do recommend contacting their support

I have almost all of the topaz products. They don't have a number listed. Go to their site and you can email them for tech or customer service. It probably depends on your system. They have for windows and mac. They will help you. I'm just not sure how it works with this one day only deal. Hopefully Dps will help too since they are the ones with this offer. I love their products! and never had an issue and I only have elements 2..~~~~~M

I recommend DPS validate this software can download before recommending it.

I just ordered my bundle. Was excited about I am frustrated. The download failed repeatedly and the vendor has no phone number to call to get help even though the error message says to call them if problem with the download. BEWARE!
