This is just a short note to let readers who are subscribed to our weekly newsletter to know that we’re in the process of changing over from one newsletter service to another. This is due to continued problems with the last service.
What follows in this email is very important – if you wish to continue receiving our weekly newsletter you must read on.
A New Improved Newsletter Service
We’re changing our newsletter delivery service to improve reliability but also to help us improve it’s value to you.
This process of changing service providers is going to take some time. There are currently 30,000 subscribers and we can only transfer you 2000 per day. The reason for this is that the service provider is a reputable one that needs to ensure that our list is not a spam list (something that we know but that they need to take precautions around too).
Did You Get an Email from Us in the last 24 Hours? – ACTION REQUIRED
Last night the first 2000 of you were transfered to the new provider. You’ll know if this was you because you would have received an email with the subject line – “RE: RESPONSE REQUIRED: Confirm your request for information from dps”
If you got this email you need to click the link within it to confirm your subscription. Otherwise you’ll not get future newsletters.
This will only impact the first 2000 subscribers – the following 28,000 will be imported without this confirmation. You can relax – you’ll hopefully get your next newsletter in the next week.
If you’ve already deleted the confirmation email (or you’ve not subscribed before and would like to) – you can re-subscribe to the newsletter by adding your email address to the field below. You’ll get an email asking for confirmation of it.
If you’re not a subscriber to DPS – you can learn more about the three subscription methods on our subscription page
Thanks to everyone for your patience with us regarding our newsletter. We’re confident that this new service will get emails through to more of you with more reliability and less errors.
Next Email Newsletter
The next weekly newsletter update will go out this Friday. It will hopefully be received by about 10,000 of you. The following week all 30,000 subscribers should get it and then we’ll be back to normal.
