This sounds like it would qualify as a lottery, since it has the 3 elements: a prize, winners chosen by chance, and consideration. I believe you’re legally required to offer a way to enter without purchase.

I am very frustrated. I purchased the click book yesterday. Like promised I received my link right away. However, I couldn’t download it. I tried it I guess 5 times then the link expired now I can’t even try again.I e-mailed your technical support 3 times already. No response yet. Please help!

I just finished reading Rachel’s book. She has a wonderful sense of artistry and how children think and act. I’m recommending it to my son who has a one year-old.
