PASSION: Weekend Photography Challenge
This weekend’s photography challenge is all about PASSION!

Your task is to take a photo on the theme of passion. It could be a photo of something or someone that you’re passionate about. It could be of a moment of passion (lets keep it family friendly :-)) or it come be some kind of play on words or something a little more cryptic.
So set yourself the challenge to take a ‘passion’ shot over the weekend. Once you’ve taken it – upload it to your favourite photo sharing site, tag it with #DPSPASSION so others can follow along (Linking back to this page might also help others know what you’re doing so that they can share in the fun) , then come back to the comments section below and share a link to your photo.

I’ve got a Passion for these flowers!
They’re called Gazania and they seems to have a soul.They open theyr corolla when there’s the sun and they close it when there’s ugly weather or during the night. (I’m sorry for my bad english :P )

Nature always fascinate me. I love waking up in the morning and look out the window. Some days, the skies looks all the same, different each day yet not exceptionally outstanding. There are some days when I look through the window, and I am simply awed – all I wanted to do was to grab my camera and start shooting. Yes, that’s the passion that I have to capture these moments that capture my heart…at times even before I have even brushed my teeth in the morning :)

I have a passion for eyes. I love to see them in detail. Every person has beautiful eyes, each eye has its own particular charm. One of my sets at flickr is all about eyes. So here is my shot, taken a couple of days ago with my CyberShot W55. (I added some contrast with curves)

My PASSION for ART.
These roses are made from fondant (icing sugar). My mum’s friend made it from her course she is going at the moment, learning how to make wedding cakes. Beautifully crafted.

I think many people would associate the colour red with passion and add to that a people’s passion for their country. I’m here in China as the whole nation prepares for the 60th anniversary celebrations. I took this on Nanjing Lu pedestrian shopping street in Shanghai. I feel it epitomizes Passion.

I found this challenge difficult..perhaps i am just not *Passionate* enough! And trying to decide if there was something overriding which i was passionate about was also difficult! I like so many things..so then I finally decided on this..something which has sofar lasted 10 years and still counting
