I bought min… But I’ve been using the Canon S5 IS 8MP for nearly two years… compared to the canon, the olympus photos are crap!

Many people will find the photos ok… but these people haven’t experienced Canon before … so they don’t know what a good photo is…

Just posted an add to sell mine…

If you want to buy this By the Canon Powershot D10 instead…

I’ll buy one once I sell my tough!

If someone is doing the review of the tough – 8000… Can you check if you can take videos at max quality with a microSD card without the 10 second limit the 1030 sw had?

Hey Sime,

I’ve been meaning to buy my husband (who is currently in Iraq) a good camera. I’ve been reading about the stylus tough 8000, and it sounds pretty awesome! But i dont want to purchase it yet without reading reviews from the users… So i was wondering… Are you almost done??? :) I really want to know if this is the camera that i want for him. I have myself been to Iraq, due to pregnancy I wasnt able to join him out there :(, but i know the weather can be harsh at times. I want to get him something durable and that is still gonna take great pictures and videos. So could you please hurry? Or maybe just give us a lil preview on how everything is going? I would appreciate any input… Thanks!
