How to Photograph DJs?

Hello, I will be taking pictures at an electronic dance music event next saturday and I was curious how I could take a picture like this:

I know it has to do with prolonging the shutter speed, but I have doubts to why no part of the DJs body comes out blurry. Thank You!

It's a combo of relatively long shutter speed to get the blur combined with a slow/rear-curtain/second-curtain flash sync. The flash freezes the motion at the end of the exposure, leading to the clear DJ.
