Default Pathways

Now I see my pathway clearly,
There's no room for envy or hate...
Only sunshine in all my troubles

Great shot of the snow covered steps. I can imagine someone wandering through the trees in the second shot leaving behind their footsteps.

These are both lovely Duane...
I like them both for different reasons.
The first one... I love the snow covered steps and how it's
leading up and beyond.
And the second one... looks so fairy taleish (not a word? oh, well hehe)
I'm very curious what is just past that path.
Thanks for sharing these

Two wonderful pathways, and well-chosen words -- very nicely done, Duane. I really love the way the second one pulls me right in -- wait, wait, let me get my boots and gloves!

Both excellent shots Duane. Isn't it fantastic how snow completely changes the look and feel of just about any scene you care to mention? Nice exposures on both images too...

Nikki, just beyond the path is a large spring.

Yes it is, we just had about 12 more inches and I want to out and shoot.

Hi Duane - I've said this before - there is something about winter scenes ... they have a beauty of their own .. so unique ... no exceptions here

Thanks for sharing Duane. I understand it was not easy setting the WB for shots like this. Yet both turned out pretty well. I wish that one day I will be taking those paths.
