Default First outside shoot

Hi all,

I am new to this hobby and I have been enjoying it since I got my first dslr last november 2009. Here are some photos I took during my first photoshoot taken last December 3 2009. Thanks for looking!

Nice set r/t. I always enjoy B&W even though I can't seem to get it right for some reason. You would think that this would be the easiest shot to master - guess I am wrong. TFS.

Thanks kayeleigh! I am really happy with the way it turned out. It took me a while to get the camera settings right. Its all worth it in the end though!

Thank you cprice72, this shot was taken using my camera's monochrome picture settings and if I remember it correctly, I set the EV compensation to -.07. I got lucky with that shot because I can not get the right settings when I tried it a week after.

Some really nice photos here. Like you I am very new to my digital SLR (Xmas 2009) and am having a lot of fun getting to know it. Enjoy the journey!
