Caught this little fellow from a long way away with my PnS when I was in California.

Thank you so much for the name.....I got the same bird, but not that clear, but didn't know what it is....What do you think...look like the same to you....great pic.

Thanks vakeel. I was zoomed out past the optical zoom and probably half way into the digital zoom as well. I was very fortunate. Especially since it was hand-held. Couldn't have done it without bright sunshine, for sure.

I think i do have this birds song as a ring tone.Indeed i do have it as a ring tone.
Quite a noisy fellow.Outstanding capture of this lovely bird.
