What a beautiful photo! Love your use of negative space too, and the colors are gorgeous. I'm doing the 365 day project too, although I've not joined a group for it. Should be fun.

Thanks SoxAddict for the positive feedback. It will be a challenge for sure for those of us living in colder climates to get a photo a day. I hate the cold so there will be very few outdoor shots, but I will have to force myself to get out there. Thankfully, I have a macro lens which will probably get a lot of use over the next few months.
