365 Project

I joined a 365 Day Project and today was my first day to submit a photo. I am proud of this one so thought I would share. All comments are welcome because I am serious about improving.
The date on the photo was incorrect, my camera was off by one day! It was taken today and I have since fixed that issue.

What a beautiful photo! Love your use of negative space too, and the colors are gorgeous. I'm doing the 365 day project too, although I've not joined a group for it. Should be fun.

Thanks SoxAddict for the positive feedback. It will be a challenge for sure for those of us living in colder climates to get a photo a day. I hate the cold so there will be very few outdoor shots, but I will have to force myself to get out there. Thankfully, I have a macro lens which will probably get a lot of use over the next few months.
