Default eeeek! a snake!

Unloading the kids and the groceries today and saw this little guy in the driveway. We are thinking not poisonous. Beautiful pattern on him.

Welcome to DPS.....great shot. I would take my chances with a snake before I would a spider.... Where are you from? I guess that would be the first thing to look at and what kind of snakes you have in the area. You could look him up and see if he is poisonous or not.

Thanx for the nice comments everyone. Wish I could have gotten closer but too chicken.
Only got as close as my canon powershot would let me. I live in Florida so some poisonous ones around. Think this is a rat snake so ok for us.
