Oh man, I soooooooooooooooooooooooooo want to try this!! Unfortunately we dont seem to have that many lightening storms here in NZ (else I dont seem to notice... ). Thanks for sharing.

Great pic..Careful now or else you'll soon find yourself caught between hiding in the house or rushing out with camera and tripod in tow...I also started taking pix of lightning a few months back and now i find myself in some real tricky situations..lol..Its a great rush when the lightning's striking and you're taking pix...and then when you get one that comes out great,you can't help jumping up and down..welcome and TFS
