Great shot Mike. I love the name of that trail... Sweat Heifer Creek Trail. Too funny! Boy does that conjur up some funny images.

That's a long walk, Mike! What a beautiful photo, with the hikers leading us right into the heart of it. It's so very peaceful. I especially love the line of the fence and the lighting. But to tell the truth, I'd rather be in the hot tub in a previous post that I know of -- it's a little too cold for a hike. Thanks for sharing this one.

Cool, I have been in that very same spot last year.....Newfound Gap is one of the best places to get up early and sit in the parking lot and wait for the sun to rise.

Beautiful photo MIke. I love the snowy, frosty scene. Seems like it's a long walk ahead for the hikers though! I bet you preferred being in your hot tub!

I think I'd choose the hot tub, too, though the walk certainly would have been refreshing!
