She has a beautiful smile Nikki. We did that times 5. Two of our girls had them twice. 15K later they have beautiful smiles too... Great shot of one of those things we parents do for our kids.

Ha, ha...they are regular braces with colored rubber bands on them. She picked pink and green, but i guess they do look kinda like christmas colors

Hi Fred... thanks so much for your nice comments. Man oh man these things sure cost an arm and a leg... but it's well worth it! She'll have a healthy beautiful smile when this is all over

She's adorable! Isn't it fun that kids get to choose colors for their braces these days? Tell her I think she made a really good choice! As always, Nikki, I do love your photos -- the Christmas tree in the background really adds a fun touch.

Very Cute ! when I was growing up Braces were big metal things with rubber bands that broke a few times a day. my older brother Lou got them and he now has dentures , back then it cost my parents 3k what a waste lol .

By the time we got to Charlie and me... my dad changed jobs and we didn;t have the money we once had ( That's life ) but my teeth are strong and my bite is straight so besides being crooked, they work fine.

I love the colors and how she's not shy to show them off ! kinda like Kid Bling heh. Really good capture too ... great detail ... good job Nikki

Hi Vin... thanks for your kind words. Yeah, it is kinda like kid-bling. Thats funny... I'll remember to tell her that. I wish she didn't need these, but she did NEED them. She has 2 impacted teeth because her mouth is so tiny and her teeth are so big and her bite is terrible. We just had the braces put on today, but in about a month she will go in to see a oral surgeon to have the 2 teeth removed. My poor baby is so scared.
Thanks again for looking Vin

Kaci Says Hi Lindy... she is so proud of her new metal... not sure why... she is only 11 and none of her friends have braces yet. I guess she is proud to be the first of her girlfriends to get them. Thanks for your nice comments.

Hi Hayward... thanks so much... I hope she can still sing tomorrow! Or else the Karaoke party will be a bust! Nah, she'll be fine. Just gotta put the wax on it so her lips don't get all raw.
