Default First Post: A couple of shots

So this is my first post... I've been lurking in the shadows for a while, but have never shared anything. I've only been shooting since January... so be easy on me! haha

I was killing time and found a random field next to my wife's old apartment complex and decided to snap a few photos. Anyway, here you go... let me know what you think!

Ross, I love them both! The colors in the first one are perfect, and I love the way you've captured the delicate feathers of grass in the 2nd one. I can just feel the breeze! Thanks for sharing them.

Hey Ross. No more lurking mate, not with shots like these in your portfolio. You have no right to keep them all to yourself. Glad to see you survived lying flat across the road for that No 1. Welcome to our family and keep clicking and posting. These are great. PAUL

Welcome to our DPS family Ross.

I'm glad you decided to join us after lurking in the background, don't worry we don't bite, lol. These are great shots, I like the perspective of both. I look forward to seeing more from you.

Yes, it's unfair to lurk! Welcome! Love these images. I'm a bit of a color addict so I love the bright colors of your first shot, as well as the angle you shot it from. And the sepia on the 2nd is beautiful.
