Yards & Yards Of Silk

Yards & Yards Of Silk.
I stood in awe and looked at this beautifully woven silk which this tireless little spider had spun as a home to raise her young in.

Snail

Just A Common Garden Snail.

Four beautiful shots, looks like a nice place to stay for an overnighter in the first shot and love the spider web as it is huge.

Thank you Fred. Yes a stop over in the wee cottage would be nice but in mid-summer preferrably LOL. The web was certainly a wonderful work of art.

Many thanks. Just a common snail shell...how often do we get down and really study their beauty...I honestly have to say, very seldom.

A unique property with rural charm, would suit single person with interest in astronomy
The view through the trees, a silken mansion and a gastropods mobile home. I like your four four natural history little gems

Great shots Pauline. I think I would rather sleep under the cobweb than in the shed! I've said this before I know, but nature never lets us down. Thanks. PAUL

Beautiful shots Pauline, as usual - like that tunnel shot the best. Can remember passing through this many times, when I lived in Rotorua. Cheers, Bernz

Thankyou Shishirtpathy, I really appreciated your comments. I thought the spider web was just the most beautiful thing....the hours and hours that must have gone into it's building.

Thankyou Steve, Ha Ha! Could just picture the whole scene...telescope would take up most of the room...astronomers movement very limited. Oh for your quickness of wit my friend...silken mansion, gastropods mobile home...I love it.

Thumbs up

Thank you for the chuckle. I love all four of your shots, but the country cottage had me chuckling away to the point my wife had to ask what I was looking at. Well captured.
