All of these are very interesting, Paul. Great reflection in your second, but the third is my favorite. A sad eyed, silvery frog nestled in a red leaf and surrounded by green, just delightful.

Thanks Rachel. I love the duck shot for that reason. Thanks for the comments.

So look in the Balkans, but they have two legs.
Maybe it escaped from a Balkan war.
Thanks Moby. Your comment really cracks me up! (about the pigeon being in a Balkan war). I like your humour, my friend! I am also glad you enjoyed these.

Hi Milke. That one is probably my fav of this set, although I really like them all. The frog has so many memories attached to it. It was such a relaxing day, and we saw so much wildlife on that river tour. I did not have my 40D at that time, but will take it the next time we go on that tour. Our friend, Alejandro, who lives in the area and does the tour, would die for this shot. I should email it to him. He is a one in a million person as well, and visited Mary and I when he was working in Canada last year. I used all my aeroplan miles to get him out to the west coast, but it was worth it. He is always very kind to us when we are in Mexico, and we have been going to the same area for about 7 years, at spring break.

Great looking pictures to go along with a great sense of humor. I enjoyed both.

Anyhow Jennie, don't forget you would have to kiss it first! Thanks for these Paul. No 3 is my favourite. It looks as if you applied a coat of silver paint before shooting. Great. PAUL

These are all just beautiful. I, too, loved the frog best. But I have a soft spot in my heart for frogs, even if I don't kiss any of them!

These are definately classics... the one legged pidgeon is awesome... He stood so still for you. The ailen is such an unusual color...I've never seen a frog like that before. Great set of nature shots!

Nice set. I like the duck best, although the frog is a great composition with very nice contrast between the colors.
