Default Optical Illusion?

Took this pic in 2003. It's dark but there is something weird. Goes along with the Halloween Season.

Yeah but there is more to this picture. You have to zoom in on it to see it good. It has not been altered or photoshopped in any way. It is just as I took the pic. Here is a link to a better resolution that should show up better.
