Good question from BillMac. You're stranded on a deserted island with the Swedish bikini team and you can only have one lens...which one is it?

Thank you all for the kind comments .. like I said in one of my earlier reply, I've collected these lenses over the years and regardless of how fancy your gear is, it's the photographer who has to take the photo .. thanks again

My goodness, Hayward! You could start your own rental service!

Nice collection and portrait of it. I'm pretty happy with what i have so far, but sure would like to add a speedlite in the mix.

Hope you are having a lovely Saturday...

So I am curious Hayward...Which camera is your favorite? I know people in the photo club I just joined that have the D300, and some members own the Pentax as well. The D300 was definitely out of my price range, but I am very happy with my 40D. It seems to be pretty consistent, and I love the menu layout. It is very intuitive.

Hayward, I think your going to need a much bigger bag than you had the last time we got together to haul even a portion of that stuff around. Hope y'all are doing well.

Hi Lya and thank you so much ... most of my lens collection were bought on Ebay before they (sellers) jack the prices up so high .. I have one Nikon prime lens that I bought in the early 90's that is 10x more what I pay for then .. go figure

Hello Paul and thank you .. the Nikon D50 is the workhorse but I favor the D300 becasue of the features it has .. I always have a lens mounted on both of them all the time .. one prime/macro and the other a zoom .. and don't forget - its not the equipment - it's the person
