From my most recent trip to Ireland.

I wanted to show the 'essence' of some of the rockscapes I found along the Clare coastline.
For me it was all about the colour and shapes-the lichen and seaweed bled into the rocks. Rain furrows and pools............beauty.

I'd say you were pretty successful during this session along the Clare coastline. There isn't one of your pictures I would change, and apart from lichen and seaweed it looks there may have been a bit of tin, copper or iron in the ground too, good set moi, nicely done

Hi Maureen - how are you? .... how I love that first photo .. I thought they were giant scales .. and I swear I can see an outline of a fish with its mouth open and the big eye .. the rest are all brilliant .. colors are vibrant and textures are well exposed .. beautiful

Hi Beach..............the landscape there is such a challenge and I was quite overwhelmed at times. I think that you are spot on with the 'iron' suggestion. I'm hoping one day to learn how to transfer some of these images onto fabric. Thank you for the generous comments.

Awesome colors and texture and a wonderful set. Some of those colors in the rocks are really amazing.
