Default More dust storm

I haven't been around lately, I have been busy, but I just dropped in for a second and saw all the dust storm pictures and thought I would share some more. I took these yesterday at sunset(not usuallly a time to be taking pictures of the sun).

That dust storm looked like something wicked. I just saw it on the news not a half hour ago. They even interviewed a few photogs in Sydney who were taking advantage of the bizarre weather (can't imagine that's good for the camera!). Those are some really nice shots.

Beautiful shots Michele. I have just sent a message to another member who put some pics up this morning to tell them they had actually beaten the world news service at getting these amazing images to us here in New Zealand. It must be rather scarey for you all over there...can't say I'd be keen to be part of it. LOL

Your pictures are terrific, the blood red sun certainly stands out. Never experienced a dust storm, to much rain here.

Great shot of the red setting sun. We couldn't even see the sun at sunrise.

I had to laugh, my sister-in-law (who lives in QLD) said that it was very hot that day but was glad that she didn't have to deal with dust storms like us Sydney "city folk" only to be hit by the same dust storm later that afternoon.
