Default Help!

Hi everyone. I am planning on submitting 3 photos to a competition. I need help in deciding which 3 out of 9 I should pick. Because I can only post a maximum of 4 photos per thread, I plan on posting these in sets of threes over the next few days. I want to pick one from each set of three. I liked the following photos for the sense of scale in each. Please let me know which one photo per set would be the best, and thanks for helping me.

I would choose going for the gold also, though I really like the patterns of the clouds in your first one, but #3 wins for me.

Thank you Steve, Hayward, Jake, Ella, and Mike. It looks like I will use # 3 from this set. I will post my second set tonight so if you are willing let me know what you think for my upcoming set #2 of "Help!"

I'm with everyone else, the last one is the better IMHO.

Thank you, Fred and Patty for your input as well. This confirms that I will enter "Going for the Gold" in the upcoming competition. This is a national competition so I am not holding my breathe with my submissions, but my philosophy has always been "Nothing ventured, nothing gained!" What's the worse that could happen...I don't place at all? For me life is full of possibilities, so why not try those possibilities and at least learn from them. Thanks all of you, again, for your valuable input. If I win any recognition i will let you all know, and I feel that you all were part of the process, so really, we all won! Cheers!

Paul
