Default Galactic Battles

Spock: Captain, I've just finished installing the new anti-cloaking device

Kirk: Very well, Mr Spock. Let's take it for a test drive.

Sulu: Captain! There's a fully cloaked Klingon Bird of Prey right in front of us and she has no idea we can see her!

Kirk: Well, well, well....Mr. Chekov! Photon torpedos, please. You may fire at will.

Sulu: Captain! We have another one. They're as thick as butterflies in a garden!

Kirk: Mr Chekov, show them what we're made of...

Luke Skywalker hears about the battle and brings his X-Wing fighter into the foray.

Skywalker: Wait for me guys, I'm on the way. May the force be with you!

I like then all, but I think the third one is my favorite. I like the added story you included with the photos.

MIke I have to laugh out loud at the story and then marvel at these outstanding photographs. Your timing to get these shots was spot on and you nailed each and every one of them. Photography at its very best buddy.

Oh and I never had you down as a trekkie hahaha

Dave.

Hi Mike,
cracking images you have captured here mate, I know from experience how hard it is to even get the dragon flies in the picture! Just love the images, lighting and sharpness of these beautiful creatures.
Thanks for sharing them.
David.

Thank you. I couldn't resist. Seeing them in flight just reminded me of giant starships.

You had me chuckling all the way through Mike! I am a trekky all the way since I was a kid, and the comments you have added are hilarious! Did I mention that your photos are also fantastic as usual? They are wonderful. Thanks for sharing both the shots and the humour.
