Not Just Another Dat At The Zoo

Yesterday, I was again at the Manila Zoo to take part in an activity I will never forget. It’s all about children and their quest to discover the different animals at the zoo.. We took them to the Kinder Zoo and they were so happy to have touched, smelled and even rode some of the animals... Allow me to share with you their wonderful adventure... By the way, these kids cannot see..

Thanks Hayward! It was truly an unforgetable experience for me... made me appreciate the little things we took for granted...

I have to say that this is an amazing set of photos. Each one allows me to experience what each child is experiencing.It looks like you had a wonderful day, as well as each one of these beautiful children. Thank you so much for sharing this time with us.

Very touching, Juan .. I also do volunteer work for a local cancer group and 2weeks ago we took 87 of them to camp for a week .. the idea behind this camping trip is to let them be children again ... do things that all of us take for granted .. it was a fun-filled week and those faces stays with me for a long time .. I can tell you are a very compassionate person

Thank you all for your kind words and I'm glad that in some way we were "touched" by what we have seen.. sometimes we just have to see our blessing through other people... This was one of the best photography assignment... now photography has a new meaning for me, a tool to spread the goodness humanity has to offer... =)
