Default Illegal parking

While parking for a movie at South Cinema, Amy & I drove past the Port Orchard parking patrol parked illegally in a handicapped spot. She suggested that I grab a picture. I wonder if they think they are above the law. Surely the officer was neither handicapped or didn't have a permit displayed.

Good catch Jim, but what can you say if it was you or I there we certainly know what would happen. Hard to get them to do it to themselves.

That's too funny. Nice capture Jim. I hope you sent it into the Port Authority. They deserve to be busted.

Not sure if they thought they were above the law or not but I would bet they were late to the donut shop.
