Default First try at Fireworks

These did not turn out so well cause it was a bit windy but I have some fairly good ones.
Any comments would be much appreciated

I think the wind added to the effect claudvic. These are excellent, so colourful and so sharp and your presentation is excellent. If this is your first try, it certainly doesn't look like it. This is super work my friend.

I used shutter priority at 4 sec and 8 sec exposures

Thanks! Let me ask you a question, do you think those settings would work for capturing lightening shots as well?

I am still a beginner in all this so I guess I do not know. But from what I read i think that the best thing for that kind of shot would be a long exposure shot/
