Default First weekend with D90

Hi everyone,

This is my first post so wanted to say hi. I recently purchased a Nikon D90 with the 18-105mm kit lens, and coming from an old Fujifilm FinePix I saw a world's difference between the handling, features and quality of the camera.

Below are some random shots from my first weekend with the camera here in San Francisco. (everything can be viewed at my Flickr account)

And my cat Anna:

I did take some photos of a friend, but she kindly asked me not to post them all over the place.

I'm a noob with my D90 as well. I like the cat pic, almost looks like a b/w with colour.
