Default Bubble time!

One of the posts here about bubbles made me convince my daughter to blow some bubbles (not that she needed much convincing) and I started clicking away. This was one of the better ones:

Bubble

She certainly had a great time and I did too.

Shooting bubbles is fun, certainly.
Yours is a good one. It is in good focus and the DoF composition is nice.
Sometimes you can get a reflection in the surface of the bubble and when that happens is: WOW, Oh boy!
You should try that, it is all in the lighting and the angle - look around the bublle until you find something interesting showing up.

Now that's cool...I haven't had too much luck with this one yet, but I will continue to try.

Thanks, flavio. I do have one with a reflection in it, but that one didn't have the full bubble due to the way she was darting around all over the place (she is 8 and they have so much energy that it tires you to just see them). I will post it later, so you can see whether you like it.

Thanks, leona. Let me tell you, I shot nearly 50-60 shots and I got only three or four worth keeping. So keep trying.

Thanks, ShatteredPieces. Do you have a "history" behind that moniker? Just curious.

Haha it's a song I happened to be listening to when I made an account for another site. It's easy to remember so I just stuck with it

Thanks, kurtwall. About obtaining a small child, I found that bubble blowing is fun even for the bigger ones like me, for example .
