Default Joseph's hands

Joseph's hands

man

When they looked at Joseph's hands, they said, they're the hands of a stonemason
They're big and they're powerful and they're strong they're the hands that should work in stone
And they're the hands that should work a long day, Joseph he did all those things, but he also learned how to play

Yes I like this also Beach - the toning you have given this foto makes you look closer at the detail within it. Well done. Cheers, Bernz

Beautiful Beach! I love the perspective and the pose. Forgive me, but is this a Sepia treatment? This capture is very thought provoking and interesting.
I once saw an Amish Farmer in Pennsylvania who was selling apples alongside the road on the way to Gettysburg. He had the largest hands I'd ever seen, with calouses across the back of his hands from holding the reigns from the plow. I can still see it in my mind, He could have crushed me with those huge gentle hands. I wish I had the photo to share.
Oh! and thank you for sharing this one my Friend.

Great shot Beach. I kept scrolling up several times to look at it before I posted. Love the treatment you did. Totally unique.

Excellent shot Beach. I like that you didn't include his face it keeps the attention on what he is doing. Reminds me of some of those depression photos I used to see in Life Magazine back in the early 50's.

This takes me back a bit to my early apprentice days. I knew a man just like that and doing the same job. Thank's for reminding me just how old I am.
Steve, what a great photogrpaph and the words fit perfectly. I love it mate.

Dave.
