Default So much for studying

It is a gorgeous day here and I decided to take my schoolwork and my camera outside. Which in hindsight wasn't the best way to get anything related to school done. For days now I haven't seen a decent bird, bug or bloom. Today, however, that changed. There was stuff everywhere to shoot.

No clue that I had so many different types of bees in my yard. This is one that really seemed to be liking the wooden handle he was on.
beee

I have been itching to get a decent shot of a dragon fly. I would have liked these to be clearer ... but oh well next time.

This one looks better bigger ... can really see his smile
blue fly 2

This one is not at all as in focus as I want .. however I put it in cuz I thought it was cool to see. He flew away for a moment to catch something to eat .... caught it and landed again to eat.

Well Thank You !! I have to hide my procrastination from my daughter .... would not bode well for her to see me when I am always on her case to get her schoolwork done before she can go have any fun.
